Half Marathon Training Program More Info »

Meets twice a week: Tuesdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 8:30am
Gulf Beach Half Marathon in Milford, CT on September 14, 2019
This training group is intended for runners who are looking to challenge themselves to go beyond the 5k or 10k distances, or improve their half marathon race times. Running nutrition, bio-mechanics and other more technical topics will be discussed and practiced during the course of this program. You are encouraged - but not required - to register for the goal race after the end of this program. We offer pacing for all abilities!
